Noah Nordheimer

Founder & Managing Principal

Noah Nordheimer is a passionate visionary, leader, and investor with a 20-year track record of exceeding the goals and aspirations of his investment partners and community stakeholders.

Deeply passionate about addiction treatment and recovery, Noah founded the Concerted Care Group (CCG) in 2014. In CCG, he created a uniquely integrated model of care that has already shown immense long term promise in improved client outcomes and sustained addiction recovery. Tossing aside the standard “siloed” approach, Noah brings all treatment modalities together. CCG’s innovative approach puts addiction treatment, behavioral health, primary and preventative care, and what others would call “wrap around services” together under one roof. Noah is a vocal advocate addressing the needs of the whole person, and his comprehensive treatment strategy is making that possible.

Noah’s vision is rewriting the narrative of addiction treatment, elevating and redefining the standards of care and expanding post-treatment possibilities for both clients and their families. The CARF Accreditors have praised Noah and CCG, saying, “They are doing what 1-2% of providers are even thinking about doing and doing it exceptionally well.”

Each step in Noah’s career has led him here. At the age of 24, (after only 3 years with the company) Noah served as Director of Transwestern Commercial Services LLC, a privately held global commercial real estate firm. He later served as Senior Vice President of the NFAHS, Inc, where he maintained annual development budgets up to $200 million. Throughout his career, Noah has been hands-on in the creation and deployment of complex capital formation strategies, including multi-layered public-private debt and equity structures, federal low-income housing tax credits, U.S. Treasury equity investments (New Market Tax Credits), fixed rate and variable rate tax-exempt bonds, EB-5 equity and debt, and various other investment vehicles.

Stephanie Reimers

Chief Marketing Officer

Stephanie Reimers is the Chief Marketing Officer for All Points North Lodge (APN Lodge). Before joining the APN Lodge team in 2019, she founded and helmed Reimers Design Studio (RDS), a highly successful woman-owned company that, for 10 years, created powerful marketing solutions, designs, and branding messages for a wide variety of clients. Her reputation as a passionate problem-solver brought APN to her door seeking her help to develop their brand and digital marketing solutions. Now, Stephanie forwards the team’s mission by creating, growing, and implementing its branding and marketing strategies.

Stephanie’s marketing and graphic design talents were first on display as Art Director at Wedgewood Productions (1995). Her skills took her next to PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC). At PWC, Stephanie started as a multimedia specialist, and within one year was asked to be the lead graphic designer for its new global e-business department, overseeing all global graphic design projects.

The following 8 years saw Stephanie honing her talents in branding, print/video design, marketing, and web design, with such luminary clients as the administrations of former Presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton, AOL, Microsoft, Forbes, as well as numerous small businesses, media outlets, and governmental agencies.

Stephanie oversees all marketing aspects and operations for APN Lodge, to include setting the marketing budget, planning promotional campaigns, developing pricing strategies, advertising, initial marketing research studies and creatively directing all design solutions for APN and its sub-brands. She will manage the PR teams, social media teams, SEO teams, the internal marketing team, and the call center. She will also analyze market segments and create effective business and marketing solutions.

Stephanie has both a BFA in Visual Communications and a Masters in Professional Studies in The Business of Art and Design from The Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). She returned to MICA as a speaker in Fall 2014 to lecture on marketing and design, and as an adjunct professor in the Spring 2015 semester to teach The Introduction to the Business of Art and Design.
