Peak Performance Programs are offered in partnership with Howard Head Sports Medicine – a division of Vail Health and leading provider of physical therapy, rehabilitation, and performance programs. Services are available à la carte or in combination with other APN Lodge offerings.

Semi-Private Physical Training Sessions

  • Groups of 5 or less clients

Group Performance Training

    • Personalized training sessions to guide athletes through the transition back from physical therapy to competition

    • Goals: improve physical performance and minimize risk of re-injury

    • Progressive performance training for groups and teams
    • Functions as a stand-alone option or an add-on to a sports camp
