Noah Nordheimer

Noah Nordheimer

Chief Executive Officer

L

Noah Nordheimer

Noah Nordheimer is a passionate visionary, leader, and investor with an unshakable call to addiction and trauma treatment and a 20-year track record of exceeding stakeholder expectations. Before founding All Points North (APN) Capital and serving as Chief Executive Officer for APN Lodge, Noah created the Baltimore-based Concerted Care Group (CCG) in 2014. At CCG, he designed a uniquely integrated model of care that has shown immense long-term promise for improved client outcomes and sustained addiction recovery. At APN Lodge, he’s bringing those same goals to a much larger scale.

Rejecting the standard “siloed” approach, Noah believes that the best possible outcomes come from the most complete and personalized care. At APN Lodge, he works to bring every viable treatment modality together on one comprehensive campus – all to offer hope to even the most complex of clients. Addiction treatment, behavioral health, primary and preventative care, and personal development comprise Noah’s vision for the future of healthcare. He holds that what others would call wrap-around services are actually essential supports on the journey toward optimal wellness. Noah is a vocal advocate for addressing the needs of the whole person, and his comprehensive treatment strategy is making that possible.

Noah’s vision for care has already begun rewriting the narrative of addiction treatment, elevating and redefining the standards of care, and expanding post-treatment possibilities for both clients and their families. The CARF Accreditors have praised Noah and CCG, saying, “They are doing what 1-2% of providers are even thinking about doing and doing it exceptionally well.” He’s making sure APN Lodge is poised to do the same.

Throughout his career, Noah has been hands-on in the creation and deployment of complex capital formation strategies and emerged as a company leader with a heart to inspire and a mind to succeed. Setting an intentional example for his 9-year-old son, Noah is committed to helping as many people as possible take on their life’s challenges and succeed.

In 2016-2019 she worked at an eating disorder facility where she was an outpatient therapist for patients 17 years and older.

Annie’s most rewarding moments of her professional career are all related to watching people grow outside of who they thought they needed to be or where they thought they no longer had room for growth. It is a constant reminder of why she loves the work she does, and she can’t wait to see it come to life at APN Lodge. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog, Arnie, and husband, oil painting and hand sewing holiday ornaments.

President of APN Athletics

L

Anthony Fasano

Anthony Fasano serves as the President of APN Athletics, a position he accepted following his experience as founder and managing partner of Next Chapter Treatment – a high-end, all-male trauma and addiction treatment center on the Florida coast. He is deeply passionate about empowering APN Athletics clients to become the best possible version of themselves and is determined to change the way the world views behavioral health, especially among athletes.

A New Jersey native, Anthony graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Business Marketing before being drafted in the 2nd round of the 2006 NFL draft. After playing 12 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, Tennessee Titans, and Miami Dolphins, Anthony retired to focus on his other passions.

Like many of us, Anthony knows firsthand the crippling effects of addiction on a family. After marveling at the ability of quality treatment to save someone’s life and put them on a path to success, Anthony was inspired to found Next Chapter.

In 2008, he started the Anthony Fasano Foundation, which aims to help military families and less fortunate children in his home state of New Jersey. Anthony enjoys time with his wife Cary, daughter Florence, son Frankie, son Angelo, and dog Ace.

Anna Mason

Anna Mason

Director of Marketing

L

Anna Mason

A dietitian turned marketer, Anna Mason joined All Points North Lodge as the brand writer in 2019. She now is director of the marketing team in addition to her writing work. Marketing for APN Lodge is the sweet spot of her clinical background, writing expertise, and desire to extend hope to those feeling hopeless. Anna is a vocal advocate for mental health and is honored to tear down the stigma surrounding mental health and addiction treatment.

After graduating with a 4.0 from the University of Kentucky on a full-ride academic scholarship, Anna moved her life 32 hours west to lead the nutrition initiative of a $4 million public health grant. As much as she enjoyed working one-on-one with nutrition clients, it was her love of words that sparked a passion worth pursuing long-term.

As Anna taught herself all things content writing, she launched a small website and started pitching projects. After a LinkedIn profile as her first paid gig, she began landing contracted blog spots, ghostwriting opportunities, e-book editing roles, web copy branding, and more. Just under two years later, Anna maxed out her ability to take on projects while maintaining her day job. In gratefulness and wonder, she solidified her career pivot, leaving the nutrition world to become a full-time writer.

Anna is thrilled to be managing content for a single organization and diving into marketing more deeply. However, you can still find her freelancing for FabFitFun magazine. Anna loves Jesus, kombucha, her incredible family, the rainstorms that don’t exist in California, and especially her adorable niece.
